About this site
Las Cuevas is an exquisite site on Desecheo with numerous caves, overhangs and ledges that let divers choose their own route through the reef. The structure attracts large fish, including goliath groupers that can grow to more than 180 kg. At only around 10 metres deep, it is a popular second dive on scuba and a wonderful playground for freedivers to explore.
